During my stay, I found the customer service severely lacking. Check-in procedures were unclear, and it was frustrating not to have anyone available to assist us when we arrived. Additionally, we faced a challenge with the checkout process, as no one was present to help, and I felt pressured to return just to sort the payment issues.

Oh, where do I even begin? The customer service was horrendous, and when I asked for linens, they acted like I was asking for gold! Then, the shower head was so small it was barely usable. Plus, I would have expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such terrible treatment, but I just couldn’t get that kind of attention here.
